摘要
鉴于2015年制动新国标要求N2类轻型载货汽车必须配备ABS,本文根据GB 13594中规定的性能要求和试验方法,重点研究了附着系数利用率和附加检查的试验方法,验证了轴距小于3.8mm,且h/E>0.25的轻型载货汽车省略后轴附着系数测定更能反映样车真实情况,且大大节约了试验时间。
Anti-lock braking system( ABS) must be equipped in N2 type light-duty vehicle according to the new national standard in 2015.Based on the performance requirements and testing methods in GB 13594,testing method for adhesion coefficient utilization and additional checks is studied in this paper.It is proved that omitting the measurement of rear axle adhesion coefficient for light-duty vehicle( wheelbase〈3.8mm,h/E〉0.25) can better reflect the real situation of sample vehicle and greatly reduce the test time.
