摘要
在大型煤化工装置中,高温高压氧气管路和阀门是关键设备之一,苛刻的工况对气化炉装置阀门的设计提出了更高的要求。本文以GE气化炉流程中用到的氧气切断阀为例,从设计标准,材料选择,结构设计,计算校核和有限元分析五个方面阐述煤化工装置高温高压氧气切断阀的设计方法。
In the large-scale coal chemical equipment,high temperature and high pressure oxygen pipe and valve is one of the key equipment.Harsh working conditions of gasifier device of the valve design put forward higher requirements.Based on the GE gasifier process used in oxygen cut-off valve as an example,From the design standards,material selection,structure design,calculation and checking and five aspects in this paper,the finite element analysis coal chemical equipment design method of high temperature and high pressure oxygen cut-off valve.
