摘要
在西气东输二线输气站场中,24V供电及信号回路的绝缘性能无法实时在线监测。为解决该问题,研究了以现有的监控和数据采集系统为基础的绝缘监测系统,详细阐述了该系统的工作原理、硬件配置、软件组态及人机界面设计方法。绝缘监测系统的应用保证了管道安全生产,极大地提高了生产效益与自动化管理水平,取得了良好的预期效果。
In gas transmission stations of the second West-East pipeline,the insulation of 24 V DC power supply and signal circuit performance can't be real-time online monitored.In order to solve the problem,The insulation monitoring system based on the existing Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition system has been researched,the system working principle,hardware and software configuration,the design method of man-machine interface are described in detail.The application of insulation monitoring system ensure the pipeline safety in production,greatly improve production efficiency and management level of automation,has obtained the good anticipated effect.
