摘要
为了研究一种新型的液体粘度测量系统,采用了动态扭矩传感器作为扭矩测量元件,提高了装置的可靠性,并且增加了温度测控系统,使其能够在室温至200℃范围内的任意设定温度下对粘度进行测量,除此之外,基于Labview编写了相关部分的测量、控制程序以及操作、显示界面,使测量系统的自动化可控程度更高,通过试验证明本文研究的粘度测量系统具有一定的可行性和实际应用价值。
For studying a new type of liquid viscosity measurement system,the dynamic torque sensor was adopted as torque measuring element and improved the reliability of the device.The temperature measurement and control system was added to this system and satisfied the requirements that measure viscosity at any temperature vary from room temperature to 200 ℃.In addition,the measurement,control program and operation,display interface of relevant portion were designed in this paper and made a the system with greater controllable degree of automation.experiments showed that this system has certain feasibility and practical application value.
