摘要
介绍了挂车组装生产线及其生产仿真的意义,并以某一企业一条挂车生产线为例,建立了挂车生产线的Flexsim仿真分析模型,并对该组装生产线的两种不同方案进行仿真,为生产线的设计、规划和实施提供了依据。
The trailer production line and the significance of its simulation were introduced.With a trailer production line of a certain enterprise as example,a simulating model of product line was established by using flexsim software. The two different methods of trailer production were also simulated,providing a basis for the designing,planning and implementing of trailer production lines.
