摘要
测定了ZG04Cr20Ni9钢的常温、高温拉伸性能及常温Charpy冲击性能,对测定数据的不确定度进行了评估,并研究了显微组织的变化。结果,350℃的抗拉强度和断后伸长率较常温下的大幅度下降,断面收缩率略微下降,显微组织变化不明显;常温Charpy冲击韧度平均值超过200 J。常温拉伸数据的不确定度小于5%比较合理,而高温拉伸数据的不确定度相对大一些,有待改进。
Tensile property at room and elevated temperature and Charpy impact toughness at room temperature of a ZG04Cr20Ni9 steel were measured,and the uncertainty of the resulting data was evaluated.The change in microstructure of the steel was investigated too.The results indicate that the tensile strength and the elongation are significantly lower,and the reduction of area is slightly lower at 350 ℃ than at room temperature,and that no evident change in the microstructure is found at room temperature and at elevated temperature.The average value of Charpy impact toughness at room temperature is more than 200 J.The uncertainty of tensile data at room temperature is less than 5%,being more reasonable,whereas the uncertainty at the elevated temperature is more than this value,remaining to be improved.
