摘要
通过实验,构建了采用ICP-OES测定铝渣中Al、Mn、Fe、Zn等17种金属元素的分析方法。铝渣样品经消解后,直接用ICP-OES测定,研究了影响测定的各种因素,确定了仪器的最佳工作参数,选择了合适的分析谱线。结果表明:铝渣消解液中17种金属元素的检出限较低,线性关系良好,R2≥0.999 9,RSD≤3.09%,回收率为87.50%~104.00%。
Based on experiments,an analytical method has been established for rapid simultaneous determination of elements by using ICP-OES,the elements contain 17 kinds such as Al,Mn,Fe,Zn etc. After the sample is dissolved by digestion,the solution is determined directly by ICP-OES process. All the factors which have effect on the determination are studied. Working parameters of the instrument are optimized,and suitable analytical spectral lines are chosen. It was found that detection limits for 17 metal elements were pretty low,the concentrations of different chemical elements had very good linear relationships. The linear correlation coefficient R2≤0. 999 9,relative standard deviation is less than 3. 09% and a recovery rate is 87. 50% ~ 104. 00%.
