摘要 针对社会急需智能制造技术卓越工程师人才的现状,在前期实验教学的基础上,结合学校信息技术的优势和特色,确立了"工业4.0全生命周期管理、项目与竞赛驱动、校企联合培养"三位一体,能力与素质为重,知识、能力、素质协调发展的教学理念。以培养具有信息化与工业化融合特色、能满足未来智能制造技术发展要求的卓越工程师为育人目标,优化了实验教学内容,开发信息物理融合系统综合实验等13个实验项目、实验指导书和相应的课件,建立了智能制造技术综合实验平台和现代制造业校外实践基地,提高了学生"创意、创新、创业"能力。 In view of the present situation that the society needs urgently the talents of outstanding engineers for intelligent manufacturing technology,we have established the teaching idea of "Industry 4. 0 and management of full life cycle,project and competition,and enterprise-and-school joint training",with the advantages and characteristics of the school's information technology. With the education target that can meet the needs of the development of intelligent manufacturing technology in the future and the integration of information and industrialization, we optimized the experimental teaching content,developed 13 experimental projects,experimental instructions and the corresponding courseware for the integrated CPS( Cyber-Physical System) experiment and so on,established the comprehensive experimental platform of intelligent manufacturing technology and the modern manufacturing practice base to improve the students' creativity,innovation,and entrepreneurship.
