摘要
近年来,随着邮轮旅游的持续升温,邮轮公司对邮轮人才的规格也提出了新的要求。文章从中国邮轮发展及海乘人员的需求入手,概述了国内邮轮人才的培养现状,在阐述南通航运职业技术学院国际邮轮乘务专业校企合作新模式的基础上,重点论述了基于校企合作的人才培养模式的实施路径及优缺点,以期为同类院校国际邮轮乘务专业的校企合作提供参考和借鉴。
Recently, with the rapid development of cruise tourism, the cruise enterprises have a higher standard for the talent quality. Based on the analysis of typical cases of colleges which have a good cooperation with cruise enterprises, this paper pays more attention to the way how Nantong Shipping College carries out their talent cultivation mode of international cruise service based on college-enterprise cooperation.
