某高校1821名新生HBsAg、抗-HIV及尿液中吗啡检测结果分析

Analysis of the Results of HBsAg, Anti-HIV and Urine Morphine Test in 1821 Freshmen in a University

目的通过对新生血清中乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBs Ag)和人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(抗-HIV)检测以及尿液中吗啡进行检测,了解学生乙型肝炎病毒和人类免疫缺陷病毒的感染情况以及尿液中吗啡的检出情况。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验对新生进行HBs Ag和抗-HIV进行检测,应用胶体金方法进行尿液吗啡检测。共有1 821名学生参与此次体检。结果 HBs Ag阳性49例,阳性率为2.69%;尿液中吗啡阳性的被检出5例;抗-HIV为全阴性。结论高校学生HBs Ag、抗-HIV及尿液中吗啡相关毒品检测,对了解和掌握高校学生公共卫生及身体素质状况、加强学生公共卫生安全教育有着重要意义。

Objective neonatal hepatitis B virus surface antigen in serum （HBsAg） and human immunodeficiency virus antibody （anti -HIV antibody） and detection of morphine in urine were detected, the infection situation of students of hepatitis B virus and human immunodeficiency virus and detection of morphine in urine. Methods HBsAg and anti -HIV were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The urine morphine test was carried out by colloidal gold method. A total of 1821 students participated in the physical examination. Results HBsAg was positive in 49 cases, the positive rate was 2.69%, 5 cases of positive urine morphine were detected, and the anti -HIV was all negative. Conclusion college students HBsAg, anti -HIV and urine morphine related drug testing is of great significance to understand and grasp the status of college students＇ public health and physical quality and strengthen the students＂ public health security education.
