高职院校开展社会服务现状调查研究

The Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of Social Service Function in Higher Vocational Colleges

社会服务是高职院校重要职能,也是扩大学校影响力、提升教师素质、深化教育教学改革的有效途径。通过对高职院校教育质量报告中的数据分析,我们发现高职院校社会服务整体水平不高,东中西部高职院校、经费来源不同的高职院校、国家示范(骨干)与一般高职院校等社会服务水平存在着较大差异。完善法规体系、转变办学理念、校企深度融合、政府购买服务、教师主动参与、学生志愿服务是提升高职院校社会服务能力的有效途径。

Social service is the important function of higher vocational colleges and an effective way to expand the school influence, improve teachers＇ quality, and deepen the reform of education and teaching. Through the investigation and analysis of the data of China＇s higher vocational education quality report, we found that the overall level of social service in higher vocational colleges is not high. There are differences in many aspects in the eastern, central and western regions of China. We propose several approaches to improve the social service of higher vocational colleges： complete the laws and regulations system, transform running concept, deepen the integration of colleges and enterprises, government purchase services, teachers actively participate and students volunteer to serve and so on.
