Exploration and Practice of Task-oriented Curriculum Development in Higher Vocational Education——Taking Business Administration Specialty of Zhengzhou Institute of Finance and Economics as an Example

通过对应用型人才培养所需要的岗位工作任务和职业能力进行分析,构建符合新阶段下高职工商企业管理专业人才培养目标的教学方案及课程体系。提出工商企业管理专业任务导向型的课程改革的基本思路,根据具体工作任务确定课程内容和教学要求,开发教学项目,提出培养工商企业管理专业学生综合应用能力和服务于实践需要能力的有效对策。

The training goal of higher vocational education is cultivating the inter-disciplinary talents, so task-oriented curricu- lum should be Economics as applied in the teaching process. Taking business administration specialty of Zhengzhou Institute of Finance and an example, the paper discusses the content of task-oriented curriculum development.
