摘要 分析比较三井油化和BP AMOCO的专利技术 ,确定国产化氧化反应器的研究方向。前者氧化反应的温度、压力较低 ,对设备要求较松 ,无需强力搅拌 ,设备容积略微大些 ,造价相对较低。在国产化年产 45万t规模以上氧化反应器时主体结构可采用三井技术的直筒鼓泡式 ,空气进入方式除保留现有的底部 4路外 ,另引 2路空气从侧面切入。 The patent technology of Mitsui Sekiyu Kagaku and BP-AMOCO are compared and analysized,the research direction of domestic oxidation reactor is determined.The oxidation temperature and pressure of the former is low,the unit requirement is not high,hard stirring is not needed.The volume of the unit is larger,the price is cheaper.The main part structure of the domestic 450 kt/a oxidation reactor can use the straight tube bubbling type of the Mitsui technology,the air supply method can use the two routes air cut in from flank except reserve the exist four routes at the bottom.
