The article analyzes the main problems needed to be considered existing in design and construction for a company＇s new 800 kt/a aromatics complex. It suggests ensuring the needs of new aromatics complex and realizing enterprise＇ resource and energy optimum utilization by selecting the advanced technology, optimizing design, plant modification, solving the utility conditions, drawing up long-period equipment purchasing program, perfecting the big equipment manufacturing and transportation plan and other measures.
