卧螺离心机在城镇河道底泥处理中的设计与应用 被引量:4

摘要 随着城市的发展,城镇河道清淤的施工要求越来越高,城镇居民对清淤所产生的环境影响也更加关注。黑臭河道底泥在处理固化和转运过程中产生的臭味、扬尘、噪音等问题,是城镇河道清淤过程中需要面对并要解决的。卧螺离心机在底泥处理过程中有效解决了城镇河道底泥的脱水干化问题,使底泥处理实现高效、环保、无二次污染。脱水干化完的底泥最终外运,根据底泥的污染程度选择不同的工艺进行处置,最终实现资源化利用。 Along with development of cities, a higher requirement has been placed on river course training and more concern has been paid by urban residents on its influence to the environment. During the treatment of black and stink river, more consideration needs to be given to smell, dust and noises in the process of solidification and transportation of bottom mud. It is wise to use decanter centrifuges for dewatering and drying bottom mud in urban river courses, which is highly-efficient and environment-friendly and has no secondary pollution. The dried mud can be used as resources thanks to the application of various technologies which can be applied based on intensity of pollution.
