摘要 农村是水情教育的薄弱环节。本研究利用涉及全国21个省2701份农户的水情意识调查数据,采用Logistic模型对农户水情认知、亲水态度和节水行为的影响因素进行了研究。结果显示,农户水情认知受资源禀赋、村庄灌溉治理水平和农户经济社会特征的影响显著,经验导向特征显著。村庄灌溉治理水平对农户亲水态度有显著正影响,而更丰富的水资源、更高的学历和水技术方面的认知对农户节水行为有正向影响。农村水情教育调查结果表明,要在农村开展精细化差异化教育,强化水制度和水技术宣传、增强农户水管理的参与意识,培养水情感文化和农户亲水态度以及节水行为。 Water education is vital for water security in China. However, more efforts are needed for water education in rural areas. The study uses Logistic Model to examine influential factors related to farmer's perceptions of water status, attitude toward water caring and behavior of conservation, based on survey of 2701 rural households in 21 provinces. The result shows that farmer's perceptions are mainly affected by tradition that values water as necessity for livelihood as well as irrigation and local economic development. People lived in water rich areas with higher education and technical skills can exert positive influence on behaviors of water conservation. Differentiated education need to be highlighted in rural areas together with strengthening of water management mechanism, publicity and raising awareness of farmer for participation and taking actions of water caring and treasuring.
