渭北长3超浅层油藏定向井机械分压工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 渭北油田埋藏浅,储层特低孔、特低渗透,纵向上发育多套储层,开发难度大,常规单层开采工艺施工周期长、单井产量低,难以适应大规模开发的要求。经过工艺调研推荐机械分压工艺并开展相关封隔器型号及喷嘴优化研究。通过现场试验,K344分压工具施工成功率高,能满足井斜大于50°的大斜度井,施工井平均试油初产达3.5 t,取得了良好的改造效果。施工一次成功率达93.1%,该工艺在渭北油田具有一定的推广应用价值。 As an ultra-low permeability and porosity reservoir,with multilayers in vertical direction,Weibei oilfield is difficult to be exploited for its shallow bury.The productivity of one single layer can hardly meet the requirements of large-scale production with its long fracturing period and low per-well production.Mechanical layered fracturing technology and related packers and the nozzle size is optimized based on research.The K344 packer could meet the requirements of hole drift angle more than 50° and had a high success ratio.The average production per well with this technology is 3.5t in formation testing period,which gets favorable stimulation result.The one-time success rate is 93.1%and mechanical layered fracturing could be generalized in Weibei oilfield in the future.
