基于正交试验法的井组整体压裂参数优化研究——以吉008断块为例

摘要 吉008断块梧桐沟组油藏埋藏深、低渗,属于深层稠油油藏,要获得该区块油井真实产能,急需研究出一套切合实际、具有较强针对性的整体压裂改造技术,本文采用整体压裂数值模拟技术与压裂工艺相结合的方法,研究出裂缝导流能力、裂缝缝长、井距和生产压力等参数对开发效果的影响,利用正交试验法来对影响井组整体压裂开发效果的多个因素进行综合分析,弄清各参数对井组压裂产能的影响趋势及其定量关系,进而确定最优的参数组合,对压裂施工设计和布井方式具有较好的指导意义。 The 008 fault block is a deep heavy oil reservoir.It buried deep with low permeability.If you want to get the actual production capacity of the block,it is urgent to develop a set of practical overall fracturing technology,in this paper,a combination of integral fracturing numerical simulation technology and fracturing technology is adopted,in order to study the influence of the parameters such as the fracture conductivity,the length of the crack,the distance between the well and the production pressure on the development effect.By using the orthogonal test method,a comprehensive analysis is made on the multiple factors that affect the overall fracturing development of well group.Find out the influence trend and quantitative relationship of each parameter to the well fracturing productivity.And then determine the optimal parameter combination.It has good directive significance to the fracturing design and the way of distributing the well.
