对硝基苯甲酸辅助纳米氧化钼水热合成与光催化性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以对硝基苯甲酸为辅助剂,在水热条件下酸化钼酸铵溶液制备MoO_3纳米粉体。对合成粉体进行XRD、SEM、TEM表征,讨论了合成形貌与尺寸。通过单因素试验和正交试验对操作条件进行优化,确定了纳米MoO_3的最佳制备条件。以有机染料亚甲基蓝(MB)的脱色率表征Mo O3的光催化性能,测得MoO_3纳米粒子对MB染料的脱色率为96.68%,这表明MoO_3纳米粒子对有机染料等的光催化性能好。 In this dissertation,with the p-nitrobenzoic acid as auxiliary agent,molybdenum trioxide(MoO3)nanopowders were synthesized via acidification of ammonium hep-tamolybdate tetrahydrate by hydrothermal method;The synthesized powders were analyzed with x-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),of which the morphology and size were discussed.Valuable explorations have been carried out on their optimum preparation conditions of MoO3 nanospheres by single factor test and orthogonal test,at the sametime.The photocatalytic activity of the MoO3 was characterized by the decolorization rate of methylene blue(MB),and the decolorization rate of MB was 96.68%,which indicated that the photocatalytic activity of the MoO3 nanoparticles was good for the photocatalytic degradation of MB.
