不断提高肝胆管结石的诊治规范化

Continuous improvement of standardization in the diagnosis and treatment of Hepatolithiasis

肝胆管结石病情复杂,在我国部分地区的发病率仍较高,传统开放手术作为其经典治疗方式存在创伤大、恢复慢等问题。近年来,为适应肝胆管结石发病早期化、区域化的特点,腹腔镜/机器人手术和非手术治疗方式的地位越来越重要,但因其技术的局限性,对其进行规范显得尤为重要。多学科的联合诊治将是今后发展的方向。

Hepatolithiasis is a complicated disease and the incidence of this disease is still high in some areas of China. Regarding to its classic method for treatment, traditional open surgery has more trauma, slow recovery and other issues. With great achievement in laparoscopic and endoscopic techniques and equipment in recent years, treatment for hepatolithiasis has changed. Moreover, since more and more young patients have been identified to have hepatolithiasis, how to manage the new diagnosis and treatment methods is extremely important to some extent. In addition, we also suggest that multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment（MDT） is a hopeful way to treat hepatolithiasis.
