This paper introduces a series of courses of the civil aircraft maintenance training and reviews the development and characteristics of the MSG-3 philosophy. Based on some of the reliability data of a certain domestic airlines, this paper demonstrates how MSG-3 philosophy plays its part in the training courses development. It aims to attach importance to the MSG-3 philosophy and promote its appliance in all directions of the aircraft maintenance industry.
