摘要
目的 探讨他克莫司治疗老年激素抵抗型肾病综合征的临床效果。方法 将我院肾内科2014年1月~2015年1月收治的78例老年激素抵抗型肾病综合征患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组采用常规治疗联合环磷酰胺的方法,观察组采用常规治疗联合他克莫司的方法。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 通过对比两组患者的治疗效果,观察组24 h尿蛋白、白蛋白和总胆固醇水平控制优于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组总有效率为89.74%,高于对照组的71.79%（P〈0.05）。结论 采用常规治疗联合他克莫司的方法治疗老年激素抵抗型肾病综合征,临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Taerolimus in the treatment of senile steroid-resistant nephrotie syndrome. Methods 78 cases of elderly patients with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome from January 2014 to Jan- uary 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group. The patients of the control group were given routine treatment combined with cyclophosphamide,and observation group were treated with conventional therapy eombined with Tacrolimus.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were com- pared.Results The levels of 24 h urinary protein,albumin and total cholesterol in elderly patients with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）.The effective rate of observation group was 89.74%,higher than that of control group （71.79%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of conventional therapy and Tacrolimus in treatment of elderly patients with steroid-resistant nephrotie syndrome has a significant clinical effect and is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
