摘要
探讨氧化催化剂多耗的原因和采取的对策。主要原因有固相损耗、液相损耗及气相散失。减少多耗的方法主要是增大过滤机的过滤面积 ,提高母液的循环量 ,优化催化剂的配比 ,优化高负荷下的氧化工艺等。实施的结果是醋酸钴的单耗由0 .5kg降至 0 .32kg ,醋酸锰的单耗由 1kg降至 0 .42kg ,每年就此可降低成本 748万元。
The reasons and measures for the more consumption of oxidation catalyst are discussed. The main reasons are solide consumption, liquid consumption and gas emission. The methods to solve the problems are increasing the filtering square of filter, increasing the circulating quantity of liquor, optimizing the charge ratio of catalyst, optimizing the oxidation process at overload condition. The carry out results are that the unit consumption of cobalt acetate is decreased from 0.5 kg to 0.32 kg, the unit consumption of manganous acetate is decreased from 1 kg to 0.42 kg. The cost should be saved on 7. 48 million yuan (RMB) in a year.
