MRI对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断价值

Value of MRI in diagnosis of meniscus injury of knee joint

目的 研究MRI对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断价值,旨在提高膝关节半月板损伤的诊断准确率。方法 研究资料来源于我院2014年1月-2016年1月收治的膝关节半月板损伤50例。50例膝关节半月板损伤患者中,男32例,女18例。年龄13-78岁,平均年龄（62.61±11.13）岁。病程2-21年,平均（9.4±2.3）年。结果50例100个半月板中有86个损伤,其中0级信号6个,Ⅰ级损伤信号14个,Ⅱ级损伤信号26个,Ⅲ级损伤信号40个。其中内侧半月板56个,外侧半月板30个。40个半月板撕裂中内侧半月板撕裂16个,外侧半月板撕裂12个,水平撕裂2个,垂直撕裂3个,斜行撕裂2个;纵行撕裂2个,放射状撕裂2个,桶柄状撕裂1个。结论MRI对膝关节半月板损伤具有重要的诊断价值。MRI检查具有较高的灵敏度与特异性,且具有无创性、无福射、准确性高等优点、不仅能够对半月板的生理形态与内部信号进行检测,还能显示出特殊类型的半月板,值得在临床上进行推广与应用。

Objective To study the value of MRI in the diagnosis of meniscus injury of the knee joint,in order to improve the diagnosis accuracy of meniscus injury of the knee joint. Methods A total of 50 cases of knee joint meniscus injury in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were studied 50 cases of meniscus injury in knee joint, 32 cases of male, 18 cases of female. Aged from 13 to 78 years old, average age（62.61±1 1.13） years old. The course of disease ranged from 2 to 21 years, with an average （9.4±2.3） years. Results In 50 cases 100 meniscus, 86 meniscus were injuried, including 0 grade of 6 damage signals, 14 of Ⅰ grade damage signals, 26 of Ⅱ grade damage signals, and 0 of Ⅲ grade damage signals. The medial meniscus was 56, and the lateral meniscus was 30. 40 knee joint tear of medial meniscus tears in 16, lateral meniscus tear 12, 2 vertical horizontal tear, tear 3, oblique tear 2; longitudinal tear 2, radial tear 2, bucket handle tear 1. Conclusion MRI has important diagnostic value in the diagnosis of meniscus injury of knee joint. The sensitivity and specificity of MRI examination is high, and is non-invasive, no radiation, the advantages of high accuracy, not only can the meniscus morphological and internal signal detection, can display the special type of the meniscus, it is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
