中西医结合治愈慢性乙肝39例疗效观察

Observation of curative effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of 39 patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗慢性乙肝促使HBs Ag转阴的有效措施。方法 回顾性研究临床治愈的39例慢性乙肝患者的病例特点和治疗方法,总结分析其优化治疗措施、疗程、年龄因素与疗效的关系。结果 中西医结合辨证施治配合理性优化治疗效果较好,其中14例免疫应答反应后临床治愈,治愈转阴的优势年龄35-55岁,其治愈转阴疗程4-8年为主。结论 以中医中药为主,配合免疫调节、抑制病毒治疗,比单纯机械地应用核苷（酸）类药物疗效好。应当鼓励患者接受4年以上的治疗,临床治愈后仍然要巩固治疗。

Objective To explore the effective measures and favorable factors of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B （HBsAg） to make HBsAg negative. Methods The disease char＇ acteristics and treatment methods of 39 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were clinically cured were retrospectively investigated. The relationship between the optimal treatment measures, duration of treatment, age factors and Curative effect were summarized and analyzed, Results The, integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined with rational rational optimized treatment was favorable, by which 14 cases were clinically cured after immune response, arid the dominant age of turning negative was 35-55 years, and the course of treatment was about 4-8 years. Conclusion It is better to use traditional Chinese medicine as main medicine, combined with immunoregulation and virus inhibition treatment, which is more effective than mechanical application of nucleoside alone. Patients should be encouraged to receive more than 4 years of treatment, andconsolidate treatment should still be carried out after clinical recovery.
