摘要
以TBP为载体,采用LMS-2作为表面活性剂组成膜相,利用内外相OH-浓度梯度形成的推动力对水中的苯酚实施分离和浓缩。叙述了苯酚在乳浊液中的传输机理,分析了对影响上述液膜萃取过程的各种因素,得出了该实验体系膜相组成的最佳条件。用此液膜分离苯酚,除酚率可达99%以上。
The paper studied that TBP as a carrier and LMS2 as a surfactant formed membrane phase, through the membrane phase, phenol in water was separated and concentrated by drivering force made up OH- concentration gradient between interion and exterior. The transport mechanism of phenol in emulsion liquid membrane system was investigated. Various factors affecting extraction in liquid membrane were researched and explained systematically. The suitable conditions and the best membrane formulation was obtained. The liquid membrane was used in separating phenol in water,reducing proportion of phenol attained to above 99%.
