摘要
无同步变压器触发电路是由运放、微分电路和滤波二极管等组成的同步电路直接从三相交流输入信号中获得间隔为2π/3的同步尖脉冲信号,再配以集成锯齿波触发电路,实现了对晶闸管整流电路的触发控制。该电路用于晶闸管式弧焊整流机,可靠性和抗干扰性优良,具有较高的精度和集成度。
A new trigger circuit for nonsynchronous transformer was introduced in the paper. The synchronous signals are tip pulses with 2π/3 difference, acquired by means of synchronous circuit which is made up of operational amplifiers, differential circuit and diode. Then, the sawtooth wave form circuit was made to trigger the SCR. This circuit can be used to SCR rectifier, showing good reliability, resistance to interference and highly integrated degree.
