铝型材模具盐浴氮化工艺研究

摘要 研究了过渡金属元素氧化物对铝型材模具在盐浴氮化中的影响。实验结果表明,过渡金属元素氧化物的加入可加速盐浴氮化的过程,具有催渗效果,并能改善其性能,满足铝型材模具盐浴氮化的技术要求,延长模具使用寿命。 Effect of oxidation of interim metal on aluminum shape mold during liquid nitrogenous had been investigated. The result showed that it would speed up the process of liquid nitrogenous treatment while adding oxidation of interim metal. On the mean time, it would improve the performance of the mold and meet the technical needs of liguid nitrogenous treatment. It can prolong the life of mold as well.
