摘要
目的:探讨希望理论联合专项健康教育对癫痫患者的影响。方法:将80例癫痫患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予希望理论联合专项健康教育,干预后采用精神疾病患者病耻感量表(SSMI)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查,了解患者的身心状况。结果:干预后观察组SSMI量表和SCL-90量表得分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:希望理论联合健康教育应用在癫痫患者中,能有效减少患者的病耻感,改善患者的心理状态,利于更好地控制病情。
Objective: To explore the effects of the theory of joint special health education on the physical and mental status of patients with epilepsy. Methods: A total of 80 cases with epilepsy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing care,while the observation group was given hope theory combined with special health education intervention. After the intervention,we conducted a questionnaire survey by using mental illness stigma scale( SSMI) and symptom Checklist- 90( SCL- 90),to understand the patients' physical and mental status. Results: The scores of SSMI scale and SCL- 90 scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion: The application of hope theory combined with health education in epilepsy patients,can effectively reduce the stigma of patients,improve the patient's mental state,to better control the disease.
