舒适护理对2型糖尿病足患者生活质量的影响

Influence of Comfort Care on the Quality of Life of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨舒适护理对2型糖尿病足患者生活质量的影响。方法:将确诊为2型糖尿病足患者120例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组接受常规护理和糖尿病健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上采用舒适护理。干预后采用健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)对两组生存质量进行分析,以日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评估患者的生活能力,并采用自我效能量表(DSES)评价行为改变的效果,抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价患者心理状态。结果:两组干预后生存质量明显优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组DSES总分和5个维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),SDS及SAS评分均较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可有效促进2型糖尿病足患者的行为改变,改善患者负性情绪,更好地提高患者的日常生活能力,对患者生存质量的改善具有重要的临床意义。

Objective： To explore influence of comfort care on the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education and routine nursing care of diabetes,while the observation group received the comfort nursing care on the basis of routine education and routine nursing care. After the intervention,two groups＇ the quality of life was analyzed by the health survey questionnaires（ SF- 36） and the patients＇ life skills were assessed by the ability of daily living scale（ ADL）.The self efficacy scale（ DSES） was used to evaluate the effects of the change of behaviors and the patients＇ psychological state was evaluated by self- rating depression scale（ SDS） and self- rating anxiety scale（ SAS）. Results： After intervention,two groups＇ quality of life was significantly better than before intervention,and the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）.The observation group＇s DSES total scores and 5 dimensions scores were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）,as well as SDS and SAS scores were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comfort care can effectively improve the behavior of patients with type 2 diabetic foot,improve the patient＇s negative mood,improve the patient＇s daily life ability,and improve the quality of life of patients with important clinical significance.
