精细化护理在老年重症VAP患者中的应用

Application of Intensive Care in Elderly Patients with Severe VAP

目的:探讨精细化护理在老年重症护理呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)患者中的应用效果。方法:将168例老年重症VAP患者随机分为对照组和观察组各84例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此常规护理基础上给予精细化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后各项呼吸功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),机械通气时间、重症监护住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年重症VAP机械通气后给予精细化护理,可有效改善其呼吸功能指标,减少机械通气时间、住院时间。

Objective： To explore the application effects of meticulous nursing care in the elderly patients with severe nursing ventilator associated pneumonia（ VAP）. Methods： A total of 168 cases of elderly patients with severe VAP were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 84 cases in each group. The control group received the routine nursing care,while the observation group received the intensive care on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results： The respiratory function indexes of observation group were significantly better than those of control group（ P〈0.05）,and mechanical ventilation time,intensive care and hospitalization time were significantly lower than those of control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Intensive care after mechanical ventilation in elderly patients with severe VAP can effectively improve the respiratory function indexes,reduce mechanical ventilation time and hospital stay.
