摘要
结合现行CJJ 28—2014《城镇供热管网工程施工及验收规范》对供热管道焊接接头无损探伤(超声波探伤、射线探伤)检测结果评定标准的规定,针对属于压力管道范畴的一级管网,分析在实际执行中遇到的问题。提出焊接接头超声波探伤检测结果评定标准宜执行NB/T 47013.3—2015《承压设备无损检测第3部分:超声检测》,射线探伤检测结果评定标准宜执行NB/T47013.2—2015《承压设备无损检测第2部分:射线检测》。
Combined with the provisions concerning the evaluation standard of testing results of nondestructive testing (ultrasonic testing and radiographic testing) of heating pipeline welding joints in the current Code for Construction and Acceptance of City Heating Pipelines(CJJ 28 -2014), aiming at the pri- mary circuit which belongings to the category of pressure pipe network, the problems encountered in the practical implementation are analyzed. It is proposed that the evaluation standard of testing results of ultrasonic testing should enforce the Nondestructive Testing of Pressure T 47013.3 Equipment-Part 3 : Ultrasonic Testing ( NB/ testing results Nondestructive Radiographic 2015 ), and the evaluation standard of of radiographic testing should enforce the Testing of Pressure Equipment-Part 2: Testing( NB/T 47013.2 - 2015 ).
