On a day in March,2016,Schwing,the 82-year-old well-established concrete machinery company based in North Rhine-Westphalia had a grand event.In this spring,several guests from China cut the ribbon for the company's newly developed 65-metre concrete pump truck which represents the world's highest manufacturing standard.One of the guests was Wang Min,chairman of XCMG.However,Wang Min was not merely a guest;back in 2012,XCMG grasped the chance and acquired this top concrete machinery company,and at that time,Schwing was in a huge loss because of ill management.
