摘要
文化调适能力在跨文化交际过程中起着重要作用,而目前商务英语教学重视语言能力、忽视跨文化交际能力,缺乏对学生克服文化休克和提高文化调适能力的训练。由于商务英语的跨文化性,文化调适能力培养十分必要。在体验式学习理论指导下的体验式商务英语教学对提高文化调适能力具有积极作用,通过采用案例教学、情景模拟、相互辩论、归纳总结等教学策略及体验式教学评价模式可以有效提高文化调适能力。
Cultural adaptation competence plays an important role in the process of intercultural communication. Business Englishteachers tend to emphasize language skills and over/ook intercultural communication competence, hence the inadequate training of o-vercoming culture shocks and improving cultural adaptation competence in business English teaching. Therefore, it is essential tocultivate the students' cultural adaptation competence. Under the experiential learning theory, experiential business Englishteaching methods such as case studies, situation studies, debates, summarization and experiential teaching assessment have positiveeffects on the improvement of cultural adaptation competence..
