以跨境电商助推浙江外贸升级的路径探索

On Primary Path of Zhejiang's Foreign Trade Upgrading Based on Cross-border E-commerce

转型升级是当前浙江外贸发展的必然选择,"互联网+外贸"模式下的跨境电商已成为浙江外贸发展的新引擎,以跨境电商助推浙江外贸的转型升级无疑是多方利好。通过分析浙江跨境电商发展现状,结合跨境电商助推外贸升级的运行机理,指出跨境电商助推浙江外贸升级的基本路径,即完善跨境电商生态产业链,建立综合保税物流平台,转变出口生产方式,发展定制化生产。

Transformation and upgrading is now the inevitable choice of Zhejiang＇ s foreign trade. As a veryuseful mode of ＂Internet ＋ foreign trade＂ , cross-border e-commerce has become a new engine of Zhejiang＇ sforeign trade development ; therefore, it is much better to transform and upgrade Zhejiang＇ s foreign trade with thehelp of cross-border e-commerce. The paper first analyzes the current situation of Zhejiang＇ s cross-border e-commerce; then it puts forward the operation mechanism of cross-border e-commerce within Zhejiang＇ s foreigntrade upgrading; finally, it points out the primary path of Zhejiang＇ s foreign trade upgrading based on cross-bor-der e-commerce, that is, to perfect cross-border e-commerce industry chain, set up comprehensive bonded lo-gistics platform, transform the type of export production and develop customized production.
