定量负荷状态下不同年龄段女性物质代谢特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究递增负荷功率不同运动方式下,机体能量代谢及底物消耗的特征及差异。方法:利用递增负荷方案对60名女性进行递增负荷功率自行车运动。结果:在递增负荷功率的自行车运动中:(1)随着负荷的递增,糖消耗供能及供能百分比逐渐增大,脂肪消耗量及供能逐渐减少;(2)20-29岁女性与40-49岁、50-59岁女性脂肪消耗率之间存在显著性差异P<0.01。在25W负荷时,30-39岁女性与40-40岁女性脂肪消耗率之间存在显著性差异P<0.05。在50W和75W负荷时,40-49岁女性与20-29岁、50-59岁女性脂肪消耗率之间存在显著性差异P<0.05;(3)在安静状态下,20-29岁女性与40-49岁、50-59岁女性碳水化合物消耗量之间存在显著性差异P<0.01。在25W负荷时,30-39岁女性与40-40岁女性碳水化合物消耗量之间存在显著性差异P<0.05。在50W和75W负荷时,40-49岁女性与20-29岁、50-59岁女性碳水化合物消耗量之间存在显著性差异P<0.05。结果:在递增负荷功率自行车运动中:随着女性年龄的增大,脂肪消耗率下降越来越快,对碳水化合物的消耗率及补充速度越来越快。20-29岁女性与30-39岁女性的脂肪消耗量与碳水化合物消耗量整体趋势好于40-49岁女性和50-59岁女性。 Objective: To study the incremental load power of different ways of movement and energy metabolism and substrate consumption characteristics and differences of methods. using incremental load program load cycle ergo meter for incremental 60 females. Results: in the incremental load power cycling: (1) with the increased load, sugar consumption and energy percentage increases, consumption of fat and energy supply gradually reduced; (2)of women aged 20-29 and 40-49 years old, 50-59 year old female fat consumption rate between different P 〈 difference of 0.01. in 25W when the load of women aged 30-39 and 40-40 years old female fat consumption there is a significant difference between the P 0.05. and 75W 50W in the load rate between women aged 40-49 and 20-29 years old, 50-59 year old female fat consumption rate was significantly different between P 〈0.05. (3)in a quiet state, women aged 20-29 and 40-49 years old, 50-59 year old female carbohydrate consumption there are significant differences in the 25W P 〈 0.01. load between the amount of women aged 30-39 and 40-40 years old female carbohydrate consumption there is a significant difference between the 0.05.50W and 75W P 〈 in the load between the amount of women aged 40-49 and 20-29 years old, 50-59 Year old female carbohydrate depletion between exist significant difference P 〈 0.05. Results: in the incremental cycle ergo meter exercise: with increase of the woman's age, fat consumption rate declined more and more quickly, the consumption of carbohydrates rate and faster and faster.20-29 - year-old female with 30-39 female fat consumption quantity and carbohydrate consumption overall trends in the 40-49 years old women and 50 to 59 years old women.
