摘要
本文收集了在校女大学生的体脂百分比和体重的数据,采取了荟萃分析法(也就是Meta分析法)来对健美操干预会对于其身体成分产生怎样的影响进行探讨,通过多次的研究和验证,得出以下结论:从体重方面看,健美操干预对女大学生的体重具有一定的影响,其效应量的平均值为-4.35,置信区间为(-5.25,-3.45),可以看做是高等效应,对体脂百分比的影响较小,其效应量的平均值为-0.35,置信区间为(-0.64,-0.06),属于中等效应。本文主要是研究探讨健美操干预对于当代大学生控制体重、降低体脂,健康生活的积极作用和运用meta分析法对于这方面研究的积极意义。
Female college students in the school this study collected data, body fat percentage and weight taken assemble analysis (i.e., Meta analysis) to the aerobics intervention will what effect for its body composition were discussed, through research and validation for many times, the following conclusions: in terms of weight, aerobics intervention on female college students have a certain effect on body weight, the effect of mean value is -4.35, the confidence intervals for (-5.25, -3.45 ) , can be seen as higher effect, less effect on the body fat percentage, its effect of mean value of-0.35, a confidence interval for (-0.64, -0.06) , belongs to the medium effect. This paper mainly study aerobics intervention for contemporary college students, to reduce the body fat weight control, healthy life of the positive role and use meta analysis method for the positive significance of this research.
