高校体育教师职业倦怠、心理健康和人格特质的相关性探析

Relationship Between Burnout with Mental Health and Personality Traits Among Physical Education Teachers of Colleges

本文旨在对高校体育教师职业倦怠、心理健康和人格特质的关系进行探讨,问卷调查结果显示:职业倦怠和外倾性、经验开放性、宜人性具有显著的负相关(p<0.05),职业倦怠和神经质具有显著的正相关(p<0.05),而职业倦怠和责任感的相关性不高(p>0.05)。研究认为职业倦怠和心理健康、人格特质有密切的关系。

The purpose of this research was to examine the relationship between burnout with mental health and personality traits among physical education teachers. The results of present research showed that mental health extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness were negatively significant correlations with burnout sub-scales （P〈0.05） but neuroticism was positively significant correlation with theme （P〈0.05） . On the other hand, conscientiousness was not significant with burnout sub-scales （P〉0.05） . Thus, the strength of the correlations obtained in the present study suggests that mental health and personality traits have a significant role in burnout in physical education teachers.
