Facing the emergence of fragmentation reading brought by digital reading, the opening of the WeChat of- ficial accounts is an effective strategy to achieve a breakthrough in the library. The status of shallow reading, utilitarian reading, impetuous reading shaws that fragmentation of reading needs a certain guide. Around the university WeChat official accounts application situation the author analyses, summes up the cm^struction errors of university hbrary＇s, Wechat official account,then puts forward some measures to strengthen the university librany＇s WeChat of- ficial accounts building.
