维吾尔药材欧矢车菊及其混淆品的生药鉴别研究

Pharmacognostic Identification on Centaureae behensis Rhizoma et Radix and Rhei Australeae Rhizoma et Radix

目的:建立传统维吾尔药材欧矢车菊(红拜赫曼和白拜赫曼)及其混淆品藏边大黄的生药鉴别方法。方法:采用性状、显微鉴别的方法。结果:欧矢车菊和藏边大黄的药材性状、显微特征存在明显差异。结论:研究结果可以作为维吾尔药材欧矢车菊及其混淆品藏边大黄真伪鉴别的依据。

Objective To establish the pharmacognostic identification method between Traditional Uighur medicine Centaureae behensis Rhizoma et Radix （ Behmensuruh and Behmensefid） and its misused material Rhei australeae Rhizoma et Radix. Methods Macroscopical and microscopical identification was used to identify these two medicinal substances. Results All of them showed obvious difference in exterior character and microscopical character. Conclusion The distinct characters revealed in this study can be served as evidence for the identification between Centaureae behensis Rhizoma et Radix and Rhei australeae Rhizoma et Radix.
