美洲大蠊提取物CⅡ-3对家兔血常规及抗氧化活性的影响

The Effect of CⅡ-3 Extracted from Periplaneta americana L. on Blood Cell Parameters and Antioxidant Capacity of Rabbits

目的:研究美洲大蠊提取物CⅡ-3对正常家兔血常规和血清抗氧化能力的影响。方法:给予正常家兔高(16mg/kg)、中(8mg/kg)、低(4mg/kg)耳缘静脉注射CⅡ-3,对各剂量组血常规和血清中抗氧化因子活性进行测定。结果:单次给药后,高剂量CⅡ-3能够明显降低正常家兔血液中白细胞、红细胞的数量(P<0.05);多次给药后,与NS组比较,CⅡ-3对CAT、MPO的含量及T-AOC活性均有一定的提高作用(P<0.05)。结论:美洲大蠊提取物CⅡ-3具有一定的抗炎和抗氧化活性。

Objective To study the effects of CII - 3 extracted from Periplaneta american L. on the blood cell parameters and serum antioxidant capacity of normal rabbits. Methods The level of blood cell parameters and serum antioxidant factors of all dose groups were determined after the ear margin vein of normal rdbbits was injected with high （16mg/kg）, Medium （8mg/kg） and lowdose （4mg/ kg） of CⅡ - 3. Results After the treatment, high dose CⅡ - 3 could significantly reduce the number of white blood cells and red blood cells in normal rabbits （P 〈 0. 05） ; compared with the NS group, the activity of CAT, MPO, T - AOC in CⅡ - 3 groups were higher （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion CⅡ-3 extracted from Periplaneta americana L. has a certain anti -inflammation and anti -oxidation effects.
