舒肝解郁胶囊治疗躯体形式障碍80例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shugan Jieyu Capsule in Treating Somatoform Disorders: 80 Cases

目的:比较舒肝解郁胶囊与盐酸舍曲林片治疗躯体形式障碍患者的临床疗效及不良反应,为中药治疗躯体形式障碍提供依据。方法:选取160例躯体形式障碍患者,按随机数字法分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例,对照组给予盐酸舍曲林片治疗;治疗组给予疏肝解郁胶囊。于治疗前、治疗第2、4、8周末各评定一次汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HRSD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)的躯体化因子分和总均分,在治疗期间评定两组的不良反应。结果:治疗第2、4、8周末,两组各项评分低于治疗前(P<0.05)。在第2周末,治疗组HAMA评分高于对照组(P<0.05),其余各阶段两组各项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组出现口干、便秘、恶心、失眠、嗜睡等不良反应低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝解郁胶囊治疗治疗躯体形式障碍疗效与舍曲林相当,不良反应更小,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To compare the effect and adverse reaction of Shuga njieyu capsule with sertraline hydrochlofide tablets in treatment of somatoform disorders. Provide the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of somatoform disorder and its optimization suggestions. Methods 160 patients with somatoform disorders were divided into treatment group （n = 80） and control group （n = 80 ） with random number table. The control group were administered by sertraline and the other group were treated by Shuganjieyu capsule. All patients were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression （HRSD）, Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and Self-reporting Inventory （SCL-90） before treatment and at the end of 2rid, 4th, 8th week. Assess adverse reactions of each group during treatment. Results At the end of 2nd, 4th, 8th week , scores of HRSD, HAMA, SCL -90 were lower than before treatment in both groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Scores of HAMA in the treatment .group were higher than the control group in the 2nd weekend （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, differences of scores of the rest scale in each stage have no statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Frequencies of appearing adverse reactions （dry mouth, constipation, nausea, insomnia, drowsiness） in the treatment group were lower than the other group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Shugan jieyu capsule shows nearly effect and fewer adverse reactions than sertraline on treatment of somato- form disorders, it deserved promotion and application in clinical work.
