Chronic Renal Failure PRO Scale of TCM Theoretical Framework Model Is Established

目的:通过对中医慢性肾衰的病因病机、临床特点以及相关理论进行研究总结,探索构建慢性肾衰中医PRO量表的理论框架,为量表的研制奠定基础。方法:参照国际PRO量表的研制规范,结合世界卫生组织对健康的定义、中医特有的健康观以及中医"五脏"、"升降出入"、"七情"、"天人相应"、"形神统一"等理论,构建慢性肾衰中医PRO量表的理论框架模型。结果:确立了生理、心理、社会和独立性4个领域,生理领域根据五脏、升降出入等理论,包括头晕头痛、气色和精神、消化道不适、水肿、睡眠、二便情况、其他疼痛不适;心理领域包括积极和消极的情绪、感受、性格;社会与自然领域包括人际关系、社会支持度、经济压力、医疗环境、气候和交通;独立性领域包括工作、学习、生活能力。结论:初步构建了包括4大领域17个方面的符合中医理论特色的慢性肾衰中医PRO量表理论框架。

Objective Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic renal failure in TCM, clinical features and related theory of research, to construct chronic renal failure PRO scale of TCM theoretical framework, in order to further the establishment of the item pool and the scale of development lay the foundation. Methods We consulted the international PRO scale standard, combined with the world health organization （WHO） definition of health, characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine, such as the theory ＂five organs＂, ＂seven emotions＂, ＂correspondence between man and nature＂ and ＂integration of the form and the spirit＂, to construct the chronic renal failure efficacy evaluation of TCM PRO scale theory framework. Results The construction includes four areas, the physical, psychological, social and natural and independence. Because of the ascending and descending disorder of activities of qi, physical field includes that caused a variety of pathological changes. It includes dizziness, headache, spirit, gastrointestinal discomfort, edema, sleep, mainland, and other seven aspects. Psychological field includs positive and negative emotions, feelings, character. Social and natural field includes human and natural environment. Independence field includes work, study and life ability. Conclusion To construct chronic renal failure theory framework with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine theory of the four areas and 17 aspects.
