兰州地区幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)阳性患儿及家长相关知识调查分析以及健康教育对策

An Analysis on Health Education Countermeasure and the Survey for Children Infected with H.Pylori and Their Parents in Lanzhou

为了了解兰州市及其周边地区幽门螺旋杆菌阳性患儿及家长的相关知识,及消化道隔离意识,分析并制定相关健康教育条目.对52例在2015年4~6月份就诊于甘肃省妇幼保健院儿科门诊、^(13)C尿素呼气实验阳性患儿的家长,发放自行设计的调查问卷.得到结果为患儿家长对HP的知晓率很低,平均13.14%.消化道隔离意识淡薄可能是儿童期HP感染的重要因素.所以应普及HP相关知识,增强消化道隔离意识,摒弃落后的喂养方式,养成良好的饮食习惯,改善卫生条件,减少儿童期HP的感染率.

Objective to investigate the related knowledge of children infected with H.Pylori and their parents and their consciousness of digestive tract isolation, and analysize and draw up the relevant health education entry Method We the self-design questionnaires to the parents of 52 positve children of 13 C breath test who were treated in pedicatric outpatient of Gansu provincial maternity and child-care hospital on June 4, 2015 result the knowledge-knowing rate of HP among the parents of ill children was low, an average of13.14%; the weak consciousness of digestive tract isolation may be an important factor for childhood HP infection. Conclusion it was an important approach for reducing childhood HP infection rate to poularize the HP related knowledge, strengthen the consciousness of the digestive tract isolation, abandon the backward feeding way, develop the good eating habits and improve health conditions.
