农用高过载变压器设计原理及验证方法

摘要 农村地区生活条件的改善,导致用电需求增加。每年都有农村变压器烧毁事故发生,究其原因,是由于在春季以及夏季收割灌溉的时候用电负荷成倍增加,造成负载电流过大,温升过高以至于变压器烧毁。为了适应农村地区用电现状,减少变压器烧毁事故的发生,从农网用高过载变压器的理论设计方法入手进行分析和设计,包括参数计算、材料选型。最后通过产生的热负荷计算温升,来验证设计是否能够达到过载要求。结果表明,温升计算结果满足过载要求,能够保证变压器可靠运行。弥补了高过载变压器这一领域的空白。 In rural areas the improvement of living conditions leads to the increase of the electricity demand. The rural transformer burn accidents occurred every year. Investigation has been done and the fact that due to the overload of the electricity occurred in the spring festival and summer harvest and irrigation,the load current became too large and the temperature rose so high that the transformer became damaged. In order to adapt to the situation and reduce transformer burn accidents,according to the analysis and design method of the overload transformer,including parameter calculation and material selection,some designs are conducted. Finally,the temperature rise caused by the heat load is calculated,which is used to verify the feasibility of the proposed design. The results show that the calculated temperature rise can meet the requirements of the overload situation,which ensures reliable operation of the transformer. The study of this paper can be a guide in the field of high overload transformer.
