摘要
两相流液位控制器是基于流体力学及汽液两相流理论设计的,介绍了汽液两相流液位控制器的工作原理以及控制器核心部件的结构改进,并对其应用于火电厂回热系统的经济性进行分析。工程应用表明,该液位控制器结构简单,自调节能力强,在节约能源的同时提高了设备的经济效益。
A new liquid level controller is desiged based on fluid mechanics and theory of two-phase flow. In this pa-per, the priciple of two-phase level controller is introduced and the improvement of the structure of the controller's core com-ponent. The conomic of the regenerative system in thermal power plant which used the controller is analysed. Engineering application shows that the controlled which has simple structure and excellent self-adjusting ablility can save energy and improve the economic efficiency of the equipment as well.
