以脑神经麻痹起病的糖耐量减低一例

摘要 1病例报告 女,61岁,因"复视4d"于2015-09-02入院。患者于入院4d前晨起时出现持续性复视,以向左前方注视时显著,无头痛、恶心呕吐等不适。患者既往有高血压病1年。否认感染、糖尿病、高血脂及药物、毒物接触史。入院后查体:左侧眼睑遮盖1/3瞳孔,左侧眼球向外运动受限。
