摘要
以红薯皮渣为原料,采取微生物发酵方式生产乙醇。通过单因素实验和正交优化试验得出红薯皮渣分步糖化最佳发酵工艺为液固比15∶1、接种量3%、发酵温度30℃、发酵时间24 h,此时乙醇得率为0.452 mL/g。
Taking the sweet potato residue as ethanol. Through single factor experiments and fermentation process obtained: liquid-solid ratio 30 ℃, fermentation time of 24 h, at this time, raw material, this study took microbial fermentation to produce orthogonal optimization experiment, the optimum saccharifieation of 15 : 1, inoculation quantity of 3% , fermentation temperature of the ethanol yield was 0. 452 mL/g.
