摘要
针对转向管柱蜗杆轴承偏转角的测量,设计研制了专用的测量装置,并以6004ZZ轴承为例进行分析。测试表明:测量结果满足理论设计要求,测量装置的准确度较高,且测量重复性、稳定性较好。
A special measuring device is designed for the measurement of the tilt angle of steering column worm bear-ing,and the analysis of 6004ZZ bearing is taken as an example.The tests show that the measurement results meet re-quirements of theoretical calculation;the device has the capacity of high accuracy and higher and better measurement stability and repeatability.
