摘要
针对某款MPV后悬架钢板弹簧由三片簧改为两片簧后带来的后纵梁开裂、上簧片断裂、板簧自身变形过大的问题,运用CAE技术按照钢板弹簧试验方案比较三片簧与两片簧在强度、刚度上的差异。通过比较分析,得到了三片簧和两片簧在试验方案下的强度刚度计算结果,找到了后纵梁开裂、上板簧断裂的主因;同时比较了在不同弧高变化量下,三片簧和两片簧对舒适性的影响;为改进钢板弹簧设计提供了科学依据。
Aiming at a problem that leaf spring of a section MPV is changed from three springs to two springs,which brings cranking on rear stringer,upper spring breakage,and excessive deformation of the plate spring itself. Based on leaf spring test program,comparative analysis of difference for three leafs spring and two leafs spring in strength and stiffness by using CAE technology. Through comparative analysis,three-piece and two-piece spring stiffness is obtained in strength calculation results of the test conditions. The main reason of cracking for rear stringer and the upper stringer cracking is found. Effect of three-leaf spring and two-leaf spring of comfort is compared at various camber changes. It provides a scientific basis for design of improving leaf spring.
